Press Release Summary = London, 18 June 2007: Doro, one of Sweden's leading consumer
electronic companies, has ushered in the 'Summer of Pink' with the launch of its
latest cordless DECT home phone - the Doro 525 Pink.

Press Release Body = Chris Millington, UK company manager at Doro commented: "The UK
retail scene is bursting at the seams with clothes, accessories and home furnishings
in an array of 'hot', 'tropical' and 'acid' tones. So, we decided to launch a
quality handset option for the style-conscious UK consumer and take the latest
colour trend into the realm of home technology."

In a recent YouGov survey[1] investigating consumer perceptions regarding home
phones: 71 per cent of UK homemakers regard the current crop of home phones as
'forgettable' 'dull' and 'outdated'.

The findings also showed that 50 per cent more women than men appear to have a
penchant for 'funky' and 'cool' home phones, whereas 10 per cent more men want their
home phones to be 'high-tech' and 'advanced'.

Out of 2000 nationwide respondents only one person described the current home phones
within their social circle as 'designer'. This clearly indicates the growing need
for more stylish, funky and design-driven home telephony products to satisfy the
needs of UK homemakers. The Doro Pink phone aims to inject a burst of vibrant
colour and style into UK homes.

Michelle O'Mahoney, Independent Colour Therapist ASIACT (Aura-Soma Institute of
Accredited Colour Therapy) previously brand-marketeer at Orange and BT commented:
"Colour has been proven to affect our thoughts and feelings, pink in particular
soothes and nurtures. The specific shade of pink, which Doro has used, lends itself
to the violet-pink end of the spectrum within the colour wheel. When pink has a
violet tint it's more uplifting and helps us to gain a feeling of completeness and
fulfillment. So people can enhance their communications by taking advantage of the
therapeutic qualities of pink.\"

The Doro 525 Pink DECT phone is supplied with batteries, which provide 100 hours
standby, and 10 hours talk time. The handset's range from base is an impressive 300
metres outside and 50 metres indoors - making it an ideal phone for all around the
home and garden. It comes with six pre-installed ring tones and a raft of features
making it easy to use and intuitive. These include; redial memory, caller ID,
adjustable ear and ringer volume controls, keypad lock for added security and a
pager function enabling the user to quickly locate the handset.

The Doro 525 Pink is available through Currys Digital Stores and Currys Superstores
nationwide with a retail price of £39.99. Consumers can also purchase the handset
online at www.currys.co.uk for a web exclusive price of £29.99.

About Colour Therapy - Colour therapy is recognised and used by the NHS as a
credible complimentary therapy - it is often used in the treatment of impairments
and physiological illness. It uses the visible spectrum of light that surrounds us
at all times and channels the energies within those colours for therapeutic
purposes. In the seventeenth century, Sir Isaac Newton developed the colour wheel
using visible colours of the spectrum. Human beings require light in order to
function and to remain healthy. Colour therapy theories can be applied to many
elements of life including; music, food, clothes, interiors, jewellery and
accessories.
